I don't think there's something really useful. You can try IdTip addon to get IDs directly from the game

Google is your friend. But what exactly are you looking for in the rotation, I'll code it for you if it isnt too much work.

I'm basically trying to make Feral PVP, Ret Pally, Arms Warrior, and Blood DK Rotations for 3.3.5.

I had downloaded a PQR WoTLK folder with Ret PVP and Arms PVP, but they don't work.

EDIT: The hardest, by far right now, is trying to add Maim as an interrupt spell.

Making the interrupt-maim profile should be quite easy, just work around with Xelper's interrupt profile. Doing it analogically to mind freeze should work just fine. You don't have to make any special checks for combo points and energy at all.
