PQR for Wrath not working on certain Molten WoW Realm why?

I'm running a Feral Rotation with PQR and it works just fine on the Ragnaros Realm. However, it hardly works in the Blackrock Realm (Instant 80).

Can anyone help me with this?

In all seriousness, it's either PICNIC or a difference in server protection built in (different offsets, protection against automation etc.)

Well guys, I feel really stupid because I found out what the problem really is. On the Blackrock Server, I did not learn Mangle at all for Cat or Bear Form. This corrected the problem and now it works like a charm.

Do what you will with this thread. My problem has been solved.
