Morphing question

I am looking for a way to generate sequential numbers in order with a time delay function say 6 secs ( from 1 - 90000 etc) , into any field with in a morpher exe for world of warcraft, basically to assist me into finding every display id and allowing me time to screen shot what I find, as it is now I have to manually type each number which is very time consuming, I would prefer a much simple method preferably automated thanks
