Here's my version of MTS's version of Tao's windwalker routine.

Hotkeys:
alt -- Storm Earth and Fire
left control -- Surging Mist
right control -- Zen Meditation
left shift -- Disable
right shift -- Paralysis
(Paralysis and surging mist hotkeys available out of combat)

Level 100 talent only supports serenity.
Pops when you have multi disabled, cooldowns enabled and you have 3 or more chi.

Other:
Whispering Crystal usage if you have it.
Belf interupts among others.

Just hold the corresponding key and the routine will cast the ability in it's given priority.

Trying to see where the ability would fit best. It seems like such a situational spell with many outcomes based on your chi count. Anyone have any suggestions? I could probably put it in, but I guess it would only be used when you have 4 chi.

well chi explosion should be optimize this way:

have a button too force 4 chi explosion. and spinning tornado on you aoe more than 3 mobs. effectively not wasting chi. but it can be done like this Chi 2, chi 4 chi 4 chi 2 chi 4 chi 4 if you want admists all the tiger palms and rising sun kicks
