Skrill WoW Gold?

Hello, im going to sell gold in World of Warcraft, got gold on several servers etc..

I dont have skrill, but im wondering getting it.
But heres my question, i have seen alot of threads where the sellers dont want paypal, but only skrill, but i have no idea how to use Skrill.
How safe is it to use? Can people chargeback just like Paypal? or what? Normally when i have dealing with online trades i have always used paypal without any problem if they giftet me.
I would like to hear you Guys how safe is Skrill to use as a gold seller, and to request the Money to my bank Is there any "easy" way to detect if people are on something like a scam or something by using Skrill.
