I know I can do a simple print in the rotation but only prints when it loads.
Is there somewhere that is cycling thru that I can have it spamming a value such as player.health via a print statement ?

a library function call could do that. give me an example line in your rotation you'd like it to print the health.
You would need a lib / external function; if you fire it through PE, your rotation will never set off.
PE reads top down for the first logic filled, so if we are always firing a print, it will never do anything else.

Not sure if you ever used JPS, but here is the line that went into the actual rotation at the top. And yes, I know PE just reads once and doesnt process the same. But this is the desired output. A message when a stealable spell is detected.
Or even the ability to put this in console:local y=0;for i=1,40 do local n,_,_,_,_,_,_,_,isStealable=UnitAura("target",i);if isStealable==1 then print(n.." on target, steal it!")y=1;end end if y>=1 then end
