At this point our accounts with Blizzard are at Jeopardy, even if we were to pay this client, there is no guarantee he or she will not still turn in screenshots to have us banned. The fact he threatened within a small brief period, is pretty much negative credibility....

He hadn't recieve payment for just less than 15 minutes and he starts being very rude and problematic.

I know exactly what you do, lets go through it.
Conclusion:

1) Offer a good price to ensure seller will sell.
2) If price does not work, use Blackhat phrases to entice seller must sell now.
3) Put a disclaimer for delayed payment to prevent instant complaints.
4) Sell to a instant buyer like UNmergedwowacc and instantly profit.

As far as our transactions are concerned, consider them void. You have wrong'd me too many times with ample amount of inconsistencies.

Although I am not familiar with wowlegit, but it is common knowledge that billing team is separated from the delivery team/buyback agent in a big virtual item trading company. Therefore, I'd really hope that moderator can rule on this case and clarify some issues that is common to virtual item buy/sell activities.

1. what is the reasonable time frame for buyer to send payment to buyer provided that there was no pre-discussion on the time frame of payment
2. Whether seller is liable to buyer if he report the buyer to GM in between the payment when buyer has notified the seller that payment will be sent in a reasonable time frame.

It is important to establish liability in this case because a lot of gold trading companies are unable to send payment right away because billing team/accountant are not online 24 hours.

I know it has already been stated that the OwnedCore staff is working hard on this situation. So again, I want to say for that, I am very grateful. I really hope some actions can be taken to reduce future scams.

Suggestion:
If there is solid evidence someone may have scammed and is under investigation, before a consequence is handed out, a tag in the mean time displayed gif alternating between the message "Do not trade" and "High Risk".
I'm not sure what forum did this before, but I found it to be effective there.
