In BRD there is a boss in the bar called Plugger Spazzring.

He has 15% chance to drop Schematic: Goblin Jumper Cables XL - Items - World of Warcraft

It still sells for around 100g on my server. Can earn a lot on this Schematic.

Is this even possible to solo up to with mediocre gear? I have a 70 warrior and this looks good. Oh, and as a rogue you used to be able to farm the formula for fiery. But then TBC came out and its worthless

I sell the fiery enchant regularly on my server for 50g. Just put up one at a time, never had one not sell. As for getting to the bar, its pretty easy to not aggro anything on your way there. Aside from a few pulls you have to do after passing thru the shadowforge gate, its relatively easy to avoid fights at 70.
