LF 1:1 keystroke returning program

I'm new, IDK what to call this, but I'll try to describe what I'm looking for as best I can.

I want to be able to press a key (for example "E") in wow, have a program go through a set of conditionals (such as checking target health %, checking how many stacks of a buff I have, if I'm moving, etc..), and then determine which action (dps spell priority) I should be casting, then send a corresponding keystroke back to wow.

Basically, I want a rotation bot (such as HB, or PE) but I only want it to activate each time I press a key, as to simulate old BC style 1-button macro raiding.

Not sure if HB or PE have this capability.

Any input is appreciated.

You can indeed make profiles on PE and attach everything to keys pressed / keys held, etc and make it go down the set of conditions for each keys pressed. Just look into nevodark's tutorial there and you can open up other profiles with keybinds to see how it was made.
