1. Meatball the follower - Brawler's Guild Rank 5 challenge, defeat him and he will reappear as an optional follower.

2. Leroy Jenkins follower - Completing the Leeeeeerooooy! Achievement in UBRS.

3. Crowman follower - Obtained in Bloodmaul Slag Mines by defeating Slave Watcher Crushto (must defeat Slave Watcher Crushto BEFORE Magmolatus), speaking to Croman, and then keeping him alive until the instance is finished.
