The purpose of this guide is to teach you the most important things about using the SYG website as well as give you a general understanding on how to get started.
Important rules and guidelines:
- Orders will not be immediately approved unless the screenshot requirements are met
- New suppliers will receive their first payment after the customer confirms with us that the trade was legitimate and there were no issues. Following that, new suppliers will receive payments as per normal payment schedule.
- Payment schedule is typically between 6PM and 11PM EST daily to all suppliers
- You must keep your stock up to date in the stock page at least 1 time every 3 days or you will no longer receive orders. (even if you don't change your stock value, please click the update button next to your listed stock)
- You must check your orders page a minimum of 1 time per day to complete any orders in your queue, but we prefer that you do this as often as possible. One result of fast delivery time is that you will receive more orders.
- If at any time you have an order you cannot complete for any reason, please contact a agent to alert them.
Getting Started:
At the left of the page, you'll notice there are links and a timezone dropdown menu.
- Manage Stock
- Active Orders
- Completed Orders

Stock Tab / How to Add Stock:
Please click on "Manage Stock" at the left navigation.
This is where you can enter your stock for all of your games / servers. you can update all your games / servers at a time by clicking the "update" link at the upper right corner and simply input your games and servers.
IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind some games have stock levels in per 1 gold, or per 1K gold. If you are supplying for example FFXIV, the stock is in K Gil, which means 1K = 1000 Gil, 10K = 10,000 Gil, 1000K = 1,000,000 Gil and so on.
Alternatively, if you have trouble support can assist you.
After you have added stock, you will see it displayed per game / server. You can use the upper left corner filters to switch between games, and you can click the tabs (Game, Server, Currency, Last Updated) to organize your stock.
Refresh your Ative Orders page as frequently as possible to see any new active orders you may have.
The top message button with a number in read efficiently shows how many orders you have needing delivery.
Updating Stock:
Once you've added your stock, you'll want to keep it up to date to ensure you're getting a steady stream of orders from our agents.
To do this, start by highlighting the field you want to update on your stock table, enter the revised amount, and then click the "Update" button.
Active Orders Tab / Screenshots:
Declining or not delivering on time, may cause your account to become blacklisted. To avoid this please make sure your stock is up to date.
Please click on "Active Orders" tab.
Under the Active Orders tab you'll see all your active trades with delivery details.
IMPORTANT: You must take a minimum of 2 screenshots per delivery, but you can upload more if needed.
- Screenshot 1 - Before trade, take a screenshot of the in-game mail window open, with customer name, gold amount, and inventory open and showing.
- Screenshot 2 - After trade, take a screenshot of the mail sent and your inventory open showing your remaining gold.
Take your screenshots and upload them to using the "Update" button next to the appropriate order. The order will go to agents for approval and you can see it under the "Completed Orders" tab when completed.
Completed Orders Tab:
Please click on "Completed Orders" tab.
The Completed Orders tab will show you all completed orders:
- Waiting For Verification - You've submitted your order, agents will review your submission shortly.
- Approved For Payment - Your order has been approved for payment by agent.
- Delivered or Paid - Your payment for the order has been processed by our finance team and the money sent to your PayPal / Moneybookers account!
- Not Approved - There is a discrepancy with your screenshots, please discuss with a agent.
