Fly/speed hack that can avoid passive anti cheat system ?

Hey, this is my first post here so if this is a wrong place for this post take it easy on me :P
I was just wondering if there is any way to use any fly or speed hack on a server that uses passive anti cheat system ? i have been using admin panel for a long time... The main reason for the use is to avoid the long time it takes to travel with flypath to other leveling areas and higher swiming speed while leveing in water areas.
Is there any program that has the same functions as admin panel or if its possible to avoid passive anti cheat system with admin panel?

Speedhack is not possible anymore as far as I know with blizzard's current engine.
FireHack provides a fly hack w/ warden protection.
