Use it in cases when you need to change values or names of the same nature to one thing, like instance swapping.

Basically it is just a fast way to change file names.. For instance, You have

Example_30_30.Adt and all the #'s go from 1- 30 in that extension.. and you want them all to be Exampletwo_30_30.adt this will allow you to do that without typing in all the names seperately.
