Where To Purchase DH Poker Chips? Poker Digital Content?

Hello.

I am looking for a forum or a place to where I can discuss purchasing DH Poker Chips either on any of the Cell Phone or Tablet Platforms.

There are a lot of sellers in game but they all want you to give them a Net spend Card, family and friends PP transaction or Green dot card.

The problem is there is no way of knowing if they are a good seller or not.

I know there are sites like player auctions that sell digital content like wow gold.

I am just wondering if there are forums or places on the net that allow you to talk about trading digital content of all types and even the odd ones like Digital Poker Chips on an Android Poker game.
