Paying to have Rogue leveled for WoD Release!

Title pretty much says it.

I need an Orc Rogue leveled 90-100 at release. I will pay exceptionally well.

I had 3 days off from work, but something happened and they need me to come in to help look into it.

So, again.
Need a Level 90 ORC Rogue leveled from 90 to 100.
Must be able to play when game launches.
Must be level 100 within a reasonable amount of time.
Looking for a private buyer but if a shop wants to do it and can give me priority for extra cost, that's fine too.
Rogue is 572 ilvl, no cape or meta. Has Dagger BOA.
