Possibilities of Cheat Engine

So I hear a lot of guys around here asking for a HS Bypass so that you can use CE freely.
What exactly is possible with CE in this game? I might or might not have a Bypass

Yeah, I can change the displayed number with CE myself :P But that's obviously only client sided.
Any other tips? You can PM me if you have any information and need the bypass.
