Question: How are they selling Legendary Weapons??

Ok So i'm not sure where to post this or if it's even allowed.

Please remove/move to appropriate thread if needed.

I've used this Service before called BoEservice and they're great.

However today I noticed they sell Raid mounts, Ashes of Ala'r ect.

They say they can achiv it in 1-2 weeks with account sharing (I've shared my account before it's fine)

However the chances of some of these mounts dropping is like 1-2%!

They are saying they guarantee you a drop in 1-2 weeks.

But that's not the crazy bit! They are selling legendary weapons! It took me 6-7 Weeks to get both Glaives!
Legit!

So have they either found a way to reset raids or what?
