Poll : Ru private proxy for wow ( ru cd keys + eu servers )

Just simple poll , but not sure where to post ....
Are you interested in Russian private proxy ( located in Moscow and ST.Petersburg ) for wow? (possible for other games too) Price around 2 usd per ip / mo.
Since last patch blizzard allowed us to use Ru cd keys ( 4-5 usd per key ) for Eu servers also ( before it was impossible ), without language limitation ( yes now we can use Your keys and EnGb wow client ) , but main problem is : Ip`s... Its not good idea to use those keys via EU / US ip`s..
