[PE] Boxo's Enhancement Shaman

Hi folks.

So this is an update of the boxo's shaman, using (I hope) an optimized rotation for 6.02.

Hotkeys:

- left shift pauses rotation
- left control saves maelstrom weapon stacks and casts healing surge on self at 5 stacks (the old mouseover function doesn't seem to work, so is commented out)
- left alt uses defensive cooldowns, depending on talents.
- chain lightning toggle added for cleave/aoe support

How AOE works:

Basically, here's the deal. When you are in a situation like Shamans, and you want to cleave two targets, press the AOE button. If there are more than two, press the chain lightning button as well as the AOE button. The Chain lightning button does nothing in single target mode, so I usually just leave chain lightning toggled until i need to cleave.

Put PE buttons on your bars:

This is in case you don't remember, but if you create a macro like this:

#showtooltip Chain Lightning
/click PE_Buttons_chain

It will toggle the PE button for that function.

Known issues:
- smart aoe seems to throw a billion lua errors, but i'm not smart enough to figure out why yet. still working on it.
- totems aren't really that smart yet.
