You can buy a specific rotation for 25$ lifetime but you have to pay 5$ a month to have a subscription to be able to use it
Honestly, most premium profiles for Honorbuddy cost you money anyway. I can tell you since I have loads of Honorbuddy that Soapbox is superior to them (for PVE, it doesn't really support PVP).

For the last time... PQR will NOT work. No matter what we do, the offsets will not help. It needs internal code changes!
