Can I get someone I HATE banned?

If I get a bot account and bot the hell out of it (make it apparent etc), then send someone I absolutely hate like X amount of gold....can I get him banned?
I heard Blizzard could ban accounts that were benefiting from the bot accounts they ban.

If he accepts the gold then yes. Just don't be doing it on your own ip or they can easy link it with you.

Send him tons of gold (with an account unliked to your IP in any way) and complain at blizzard that the client didn't pay for the gold.
