Explain what happened:
Added his skype after seeing $28 beta key post, we talked, he asked for $32 first then corrected himself after I quoted $28. I paid the amount through PayPal. He took a long time saying he e-mailed the code, he's getting it from the cloud server etc. He talked about disconnection problems and went on to say he was talking from his phone. He's no longer responding via Skype although it says he's still online on Ownedcore..

Well, dont trust this kid. Tried to scam me on 2 keys but when I confronted him enough he eventually blocked me. A liar will always run out of lies and trip himself up.
