ive read the post from Dave-evad. then i remembered had a program that converts blp files to png file. and back again. its very easy to use. its just to start the WoWimage. then drop a blp file into the left of the window. and if you want to convert a png file to blp you drop a png file on the right side of the program.

i am a little bored atm. and i started to do something with my blp's.
and i came up with the idea to make a guide to the peeps who want it.
ok here we go. first you need an blp converter. found here:
http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-...-easy-use.html
and ofc My Warcraft Studio. found here:
http://www.curse-gaming.com/en/wow/a...aftstudio.html
first. you go find a BLP file you want to edit.
in my case. i will edit the legendary weapon. ashbringer.
you extract the blp file you want to World of Warcraft\data folder. or w/e you'd like to.
after extracting the file. you start the blp converter. called WoWimage.
you drop the blp file into the left of the window where it says:
BLP->PNG. now it will be converted to PNG.
you can now open it with paint / photoshop or w/e program you'd like to.
after you have edited the BLP. save it in PNG file again.
then, at least i do it, delete the extracted BLP file.
and then convert the PNG file to BLP.
then go back to my warcraft studio.
and make a new mpq file called speech2.mpq
then you can add the BLP file to your speech2.mpq.
and this is the same as normal model editing.
you need some skill in model editing before doing this!
i have made my custom cape and ashbringer with this. and cinda proud of it tho:P.
hope you could understand what i'd tried to learn u guys.
and i hope you enjoyed it tho
