Hearthcrawler arena help

I downloaded hearthcrawler and used it to win some games in unranked but now i have enough gold for arena i thought i'd give it a go.

I'm using the SmartCC bot as i've read on here since it's supposedly the best one to use, I change the game mode to arena and click start it asks me to choose a profile from default, zoo and rush i pick default, I've already constructed my deck using ArenaValue.com.

Do i have to select a deck on hearthcralwer? If so does it matter which since it's in arena?
