Any place to farm items/gold/mats/gems?

Hi.

I wonder if there is still good place to farm items/gold/mats/gems? We had Darkshade Caverns for quite a long time which is now fixed, we had motif farming which is now nerfed, we had BoE trial items which is also fixed. As I remember... actually there is no such place or it's very hidden. Any idea where we can get tons of items/gold? If you don't want to publish this, you can always PM me, so we can share some tricks.

I have been doing better with trade store item flipping then farming. I don't know where to go anymore. I use addons and can make gold without ever leaving the bank.
