Why sometimes keeps spamming one abilitie?

i dont know why but sometimes the bot keeps spamming one ability and it get stuck there, it doesnt cast anything for 4-5 seconds and then finally cast the ability

On PQR, im using it on patch 3.3.5 (WOTLK)

This is one ability:

if IsSpellInRange("Blood strike", "target")  == 1
then return true end

But doesnt matter on what ability happens because it happens on other ones too

My latency is: 74ms
