Noob help!

Hey guys, I was looking for some help with the glider. I was wondering how I make my own key setup and how to make it cast certain things, I know this is vague but i also need other tips, is ther something like a noob guide?

You have to edit your keys.xml file. Just do a search on wowglider.com for it, there's quite a few tutorials on there.

can someone tell me what to do when i dl the profile on glider???do i extract it to a certain place or what??? and do i have to change the file type to something?
