How can you mog other people items?

You basically take advantage of the 2hrs trade window you get on an item when two or more characters has been able to loot it.
So if we, for example, run Blackwing Lair and the Staff from nefarian drops. I will loot it on my priest, go to town to transmog it into Anathema/Benediction (whatever you choose). I can then trade it back to you before the 2hrs has gone by, and the transmog will still be on the weapon.

If you dont understand the above, google it. It has also been all over this forum since it was discovered.
