Shadowstep is terrible.

Never go more than 31 points in Sub.

Okay, so, for PVE:

Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft Swords) is a PVE build. This is currently the second to top DPS spec.

Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft / Sword Hybrid) is currently the top DPS spec. Fist in MH, sword on OH.

Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft Dagger Spec) Currently non optimal, I wouldn't recommend speccing. Falls short to Fist / Sword and Sword builds in PVE, and sucks hard in PVP.

PVP

Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft Mut) This is a PVE and PVP hybrid spec, that shines in Karazhan. After Kara, it falls short due to an abundance of poison immune obs. Never spec this for pure DPS. This is the "only" dagger PVP spec.

Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft mace spec) This is arguably the top 5v5 spec.

Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft / AR spec) There are 2 variations of this spec, which is a great arena spec. If your crit is less than 25, remove 5 points in Sub(From Master of Sub and Heightened Senses) and put them in Malice. If your crit is greater than 25, then keep the points in sub. (Crit numbers are assuming you already have Malice.)

41/0/20 is a bad spec compared to 41/20

Some people are finding success with 23 / 0 / 38 builds, but I am not sure how well this preforms in PVP

Relentless Strikes is worth every single point in lethalty. It gives more energy over a boss fight than AR. It will give you more DPS for the point investment than any other talent.

• That's far too much, for the really bad specs you posted up there.
• Your specs look like the spec of those guys, who just bought a char on eBay. ("Oh! This one looks nice. Ah! This one too.")
• 41/0/20 is for PvE, 41/20 is for PvP. And no, I am not using any make up specs, everything I build is build for the common uses of a high-end raid rogue. I always do my best, atleast I am trying to.
• No, I am not. Shadowstep is one of the worst skills rogues ever got.

PvE : Raiding only, no farming, sometime-pvp or similar.

• Dagger Combat 15/41/5 Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

PvP : PvP only, no raiding, no instaces and no farming.

• A bit strange Sub-spec 19/3/39 Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft
• Good old Assassination/Sub 21/0/40 Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft
• Combat Mace for PvP 19/41 Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft (1 free point)
• Combat Sword for PvP 19/41 , basically the same, just another specialization Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft
• Combat/Sub Hybrid for Maces, an excellent PvP I used it quite a long time Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft
• Combat/Sub Hybrid for Swords, the same as above just with another specialization Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft
• Hemorrhage SF spec, the fastest combatpoints growing spec, known on Earth :P Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft
• Assassination/Sub Hybrid for daggers, the last point depends on you, Vigor or premeditation Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft
• Shadowstep build, I recommend to NOT use this spec, Shadowstep suxxx Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

Subtlety fails, EPICLY, no matter if specced for PvE or PvP. (Ok, maybe not that hard for PvP, but for PvE it does heavily.)

1) You can not buy nor sell World of Warcraft accounts on eBay
2) Subtlety by far is nowhere near failing in PVP!
3) Assasination/Subtlety 4 ---> PVP ---> PWNs
