My characters also remained anonymous on stream, as they covered up chat/names. Overall was very happy with the service. Would purchase again.

contacted regarding help with shadowmourne infusion quest, he immediately logged in to help me and is very, very genuine nice guy and a quick replier on Skype. I didn't manage to do the infusion due to a bug,(didn't go to phase 3) but we will be trying again next week.

Purchased a mythic dungeon boost for my newer 110, I was very pleasantly surprised by how well everything went. The communication was top notch, I asked them if they wouldn't mind doing one small extra thing in one of the dungeons for a quest of mine, and they did it, without any complaint, the person even proceeded to turn in the quest and start the next step (which required another mythic dungeon they were going to run) without me even asking (they did ask me before doing so). Will, very likely, do business with them again.

Had them run 8/10 mythics on my new character, they worked with me to schedule a time and offered streamed gameplay. Very smooth transaction, will likely use them again.
