Wouldn't explain a simple question about the bad rep in this thread. Guy's a scammer IMO. Says $25 when his thread says $20 and he wants you to buy him some game "garena shells" or some prepaid shit so you have no protection if the keys do get banned. I've come to the conclusion that HB knows these keys are stolen and they have a chance of being banned and that's why he's switched to the prepaid method to avoid chargebacks. I'd avoid.
