    Unlimited horse sprint

If you use the autowalk function and hold the sprint button your horse will keep sprinting, even when its stamina is depleted. Sometimes this does get canceled by bumping into something or jumping, when this happens, just wait for one tick of regen and sprint again.

    Happy walking!

Seriously, this info is 1 month old. EVERYBODY already knows this and you don't need to be Einstein to figure it out yourself... beside the fact that it has been posted several times already.

I honestly don't even think this is a bug... Do you think Zenimax would want you to use your horse's full potential for three seconds anyways? Besides, if you can't sprint anymore that means the stamina is depleted and all it takes is one hit to knock you down.

This is intentional. Stamina on horses is more about being able to take damage while remaining on your horse. Sprinting reducing it's stamina is to increase the risk of being knocked off.

    Also you don't need auto-walk.

Why then, if you hit sprint when horse has no stamina, doesn't it sprint?

Because the point of stamina is making your horse sprint. What all of you are doing is making it walk fast. Go out and mash the sprint button and see how fast your horse goes. Thats what the stamina is for. Thank me later.

Er yeah, duh. You're agreeing with me and disagreeing with Alex Kava. Which was the point of my post.

Really? Have just tried mashing instead of holding and can't see any speed difference.

Each time you hit sprint, it gives you a short sprint then a short cooldown before you can do it again. More stamina = more short sprints. Holding shift lets you trot, you can trot forever as long as you have stamina to start trotting. So the point of stamina is to give you more short bursts of speed as well as more damage taken before you are unable to trot and eventually get dismounted.

TL;DR: Not a bug, working as intended. Read above if you want an explanation.

Do we really need another post on this topic? This is what the 4th or 5th one since early access? The horses function that way. Not a bug not an exploit. Get over it.
