Couple questions about post count, etc.

I have an idea (or two!) for something that would be pretty cool to do in this section of the forums, but I'm not sure how well it would work here... So I have a few questions about some of the forum mechanics!

One: Is it possible to make it so that posting in a certain thread doesn't increase your post count? In plainer english, can post count gain be turned off for one thread only?

Two: Is there a maximum number of pages that a thread can have?

The last one is pretty important. Kind of like how far can this thing go before it breaks important.

If the answers are yes and no, respectively, then mild entertainment shall ensue!!!!
