Looking for experience Plugin writer for HonorBuddy

As the title states, I am looking for a experienced plugin writer for HonorBuddy. I have an idea for a plugin that, currently, does not exist on any public forum for free, or for sale on sites like Bothaven.

This is noting too hard to be done (There has been plugins for this on TheBuddyForum before, but they are several years old and broken)

Unfortunately I am currently not a rich man, and I can only offer you 20$ (for something that might take you 1 hour, or 24 hours to complete. I don't know how much effort this usually requires)

BUT I will allow you to take whatever you have made and sell it wherever you'd like. I'm pretty sure there are some decent demand for this
