Main quest xp grind

Cant remember the quest but you fight a daedra called haunter of the cliff. Once you kill him, exit the game. When your back you re-start the quest. Its decent xp. I didnt try it on him but i did exit just before him and it worked and yiu get decent xp from the big daedroth you need to fight.

Guessing this is to stop botters, or slow down the botters.

when did they did this?, grinded from 33-50 a waek ago

i just did 36-50 last night running a ring of mobs over and over. So unless you mean that killing the exact same mob and no other mob over and over then i would have to say your incorrect and killing the same mob has not been nerfed like that.

I've been farming all day and the xp has been constant, even after the rollback we had earlier

What he said. AoE grinded 34-50 in 24 hours.

I'm also curious.

At 18-23 I was doing 22-34k/hr doing 3-pulls with a half-aoe / half-single target build (nightblade doesn't have much aoe early), which isn't amazing but I think it'd be at least close to something where you have to constantly restart a quest. But maybe I'm wrong and this is way better?

Sorry, I only ran it 3 times, but I think I got about 2-3k xp when I ran it up to the Hauntier of the cliff. It would depend how quickly you could log out, back in then blitz through. I just thought I would mention it as it did seem to have potential to be a decent grind spot. I tried to run it more but got to the end without killing manimarco but when i logged back in i was at that point.
