You will need to register on their site and verify your credit card so You can upload funds.

VERYFING CREDIT CARD process: They take random value between 1-2$(or whatever your currency is) and require from You to enter exact amount that they took from your card.

THE POINT: If You can't check your transactions now(E.g. You have to wait for 3-5 days to show it on your statement) You won't be able to upload funds until You successfully verify your card.

EDIT:He wanted to buy 140k but he doesn't feel safe to do it in increments of 10k(or even lower if that will make him feel safer ). He want to use Escrow as a "middleman" service and refuses to use any of legit middlemans from forum because " They are just random people from forum, they are not certified"

Since I refuse any other way of trades except via Skrill, with legit Middleman from forum eventually, trade is "on hold".

EDIT: Well if You mean that You got scammed(You paid for gold but You didn't receive it) You can't do anything about it, if You paid via PayPal try to Chargeback.

For future trades, trade ONLY with people with very good reputation / trade feedback here on forum.
If You are adding or someone adds You on skype, check his skype name(Right click on his name from contacts list then View Profile then check his Skype Name) and carefully check does it match with his/her Contact info on forum...
