Cursed Chests Giving Free Rewards

When doing Bounties, if you encounter a Cursed Chest and open it, the event will immediately succeed and you will get the bonus reward for completing the event.

The exception is if the Bounty if specifically to complete that chest event. In that case, the event will trigger as normal.

I think this is unfortunately currently bugged, you don't really need to do anything to benefit from the bug, it kinda just happens. Appreciate the heads up though!

Thanks. I understand now that if a user benefits from a bug without taking any additional action, it is not an exploit. I am somewhat unfamiliar with these forum, so I am unsure of how to request that a mod move this thread from Exploits to General Discussion.

My understanding was that you don't get a bonus chest as a result. You always get the bonus experience.

Same here, i encountered a lost of cursed chests that didn't have anything to do with the bounty quest and i always had to beat a elite, a pair of mobs or the regular wave mob event/100 mobs to get the bonus chests
