Let's say I have a line written as such:

("regrowth", (
"lowest.health <40",
"lowest.buff (rejuvenation)",
"lowest.range <40) )
"Lowest")

excuse any syntax errors I did this from my phone.*
Anyways, assume 2 party members.
P1=20% (no rejuv)
P2=30% (has rejuv)

would it cast on p2 or not at all? Since p2 isn't the lowest and the lowest doesn't have rejuv. Not sure how exactly "Lowest" works

Ask Phelps but as far as i know. it should not heal p2 since p1 is lower.

Fixed the code for you. Logically it should be cast on P2. But you just need to test it :P The hard way I guess.
