Using Practice Mode bots to bot?

Could the AI from the Practice bots be extracted to play casual or ranked matches using the basic decks?

I see everyone talking about building all this logic for an AI bot, but Couldnt we just use the AI Blizzard already built?

I'm pretty sure the practice AI is not on the HS client, only on Blizzard's servers. So you can't really get it unless someone leaks it.
