ESO Private Server?

Ophelia Core supposedly is no longer in Dev which is a shame, because i'd rather play an emulator then pay 15$ a month for a game that doesn't deserve it. So, is anyone out there in dev for a private server? Id like to support you as much as I can with beta keys, suggestions, social media. I do not know anything about programming for ESO so I couldn't help there.

But seriously, SOMEONE out there has to be doing SOMETHING along this line, right??

I hope that ZO will earn a lot of money with teso and no private server will ruin their work. Private servers should stay private for a small amount of guys who like to test, add content/features or do something else. 15$ a month isn't much for a great online game like this. The trailers they made look very expensive. The developers want to be payed, the servers rented, ... But ZO could have made it better, and enabled some kind of offline mode for "one time payers" with an option to pay for online playing.
