FC Leveling question

Is fate grinding still considered the best way to level fc? Or is there some kind of cheese method that will lol get it done quicker. It isn't a huge issue just we are leveling via duty mode with minion now so no one does fates lol.

doing dungeons like WP bosses gives FC xp i think. Also doing main story quests gives a ton

i feel as if doing wp bosses gave you fc credit the fc woulda leveled a week ago lol.
