[PQR] Question

Hey guys,

i have been playing wow around 3-4 years before i quitted. Unfortunately i was never able to get higher Arena rating than 1900. Now i have heared about PQR and i am thinking to start playing that game again with a nice PQR (paid) Profile
Now my question is if PQR will or should "carry" me to a good rating? I mean i know, that i have to have some general knownlege about arena, classes, spells and so on but still... As long the profile is good i can also pay for it of course.
Btw. i am thinking of rolling a rogue or maybe a mage.

Just a last thing i wanted to say - for example i know a rotaion bot for lol and i carried me from silver to PLAT haha. And i am dreaming if something similar could happend with the PQR Bot in WoW
