1. Its an account not a key.
2. the account is locked to his email for another 70 days.
3. the email that is used for the wildstar account is a known and banned scammer on another forum.

Seems like a legit guy but if he bought the account then the person before him will most likely take it back as it's still locked for 70 days.
If it's his account then he's the scammer and i'd suggest waiting till you can change the email.
