Request to figure out how to Disallow resizing of PoE in windowed mode

Any method of disallowing resize of the PoE window while in windowed mode (like when i accidently drag mouse across my 3 screens, occasionally ill accidently hit the edge of the game and resize it completely, it gets quite annoying and i wish for it to stay the same size ALLLLLLWAYS --- i wouldnt mind if i could force a loading location and not allow movement too, i figure theres prob some way to do this in registry but i donno the method.... thanks :P
