Helm fix problem--Question/Request

What happens if the helment isnt in the common.mpq Im wearing the pally glad S2 head and i cant find it on the list...im trying ot make it fit the dawrf. i liiked in patch 2 it was there but it dosent have the reces like in common.mpq What do i do? or some one wants to fix it for me?
