Both sides of a card are printed on a laser printer, sticked together and laminated

Too bad you can see from the backside whether it is a creature or something else because of the power/thoughness, maybe add a opaque layer between the front and back. Otherwise really good work!

I hope blizzard actually does release this game in real card format. The only issue I see is the "random" cards. Discard a random card, damage random minions, etc.

I guess for random discard you could lay them face down and have the other player choose. Mekkatorque would be a neat card though... maybe have a little chart of all the inventions and roll a d20. Actually, that could work for random minions too... assign them a number, 1-20 and then roll the dice.
