[RELEASE] Ascent Server Manager

At the moment the name is a little misleading, but what I have for now is a program that will edit the ascent config files (I know, nothing much... I'm new at programming.)

Features:

• Edits ascent.conf, logonserver.conf, and realms.conf
• More coming at a later time.

Made it in visual studio so .NET Framework.

Well... kind of. I got back into programming and decided i'd try making a program for private servers :P

Added version for Rev 1439+

Edit: There wasn't really a need for this update, they just didn't have skillchance in the file. The first version 1351-1438 can be used again until 1455, Removed
