Getting annoyed

So, I've been trying to get a hearthstone key for a while now and I've finally given up. I've been scammed twice trying to get them. It's just really annoying and I felt that I needed to tell the whole site. :/ I've lost some money and also some steam gifts. Also, lost time waisted waiting around for the scammers..

You should take some precautions before buying from people you don't know.

Would you have given money to a complete stranger on the street and let him go away with your money before you got what you paid for? If the seller won't give you (in this example) the HS beta key before you give him money, the alarm bells should start ringing already. This is even more important when you buy from new members on OwnedCore with no reputation, no posts and not ID-verified.

I'm not saying it's only your own fault, because we are aware that there is scammers out there and we do all we can to get them off this site, but some slip through under our radar and rip off some people here, sadly.

Also, make sure to report the scammers so we can have a chat with them and often that is all that is needed to make them refund the money. We have our ways of tracking them down, and they think they can outsmart us, but usually they can't.

You are aware that Hearthstone is going open beta within a month, yeah? At least Blizz is trying to make it so.

If you got problems buying a HS key. I advice to use the guys that resell keys or use a middleman that done a lot of trades here on ownedcore. You pay a few dollars more. But they go out there and buy keys from people. And with their experience they know how to deal with scammers. We got a few resellers here on the site. If you need to know their names just send me a pm. And i will bring you in contact with them so you get your key with no chance to get scammed.

I don't get any cut in this it's jut a service i want to give to ownedcore members that got a hard time finding keys.

There is more than a month since the last post in this thread. It used to be a lot harder to get invites back then.
