Ok so I have been advised this is the best place to sell gold

I current have 3 gold caps to sell (3 x 999999) on EU draenor horde

I have tried selling gold before and got scammed so this time I have strict payment rules

Paypal only, with a proven verified account and the payment must be sent as "payment to family or friends" so it cannot be cancelled as soon as the trade is complete.

I will not even meet with the buyer in game until payment has been processed, can use skype or owned core inbox to communicate until then.

Will sell at discount if someone buys all 3

This. I don't understand why people think sending payment as a gift protects them. It literally does nothing for protection against someone recalling their money.
