[PQR] An auto-join instance profile?

So, can someone help me in this? How can i do a profile for auto-join instances like raid or bg? I mean, random dung, LFR etc.. I'm tired of waiting for too long, so going to bio or something else, and then, losing the invitation to enter instance...

So how would one go about implementing this ? I'm pretty good and updating existing pieces of profiles with some specific needs, but I don't know where to start to simply create my own that would just perform this action if I happen to step away to get a drink or something like that.

I imagine an interrupt profile would be where to put this, but would it not require some ability or something ?
